Strong Composition. Made to handle punishing environments, this assembly pair uses 7/8-Inch 17-4 H900 stainless steel for its shaft with a hard-chrome plating and PTFE-lining for corrosion protection, while the overall assembly uses aluminum with heat-treated, alloy steel spherical bearings for maximum durability.
